Our sleek black inflatable pop-up bars with discrete black or white stretch covers go where traditional bar setups can't: office lobbies, atriums, high-rise rooftops, conference floors. They break down and move through standard doorways and freight elevators, so building access is never an issue. All we need: a standard power outlet and a flat surface. We'll handle the rest: setup, service, and a spotless breakdown.

51–100 guests: $1,125
101–150 guests: $1,600 (2 bartenders)
151–200 guests: $1,825 (2 bartenders)
201–250 guests: $1,983 (2 bartenders)
Corporate hourly option: $228/hour, two-hour minimum (great for happy hours).
Additional bartender: $180.25 · Additional hour: $154.50
Deposit terms: 50% deposit at signing; balance due 30 days before your event. Booked within 30 days? 100% at signing. Simple.
